4.1 Extent
The tender is for the procurement of 2 autoclaves situated in the sterile centre at Kristiansund hospital and they shall be used for sterilising surgical equipment amongst other things. The autoclaves shall be a through type, i.e. with separate loading and unloading sides, furthermore the autoclaves shall be equipped with a separate generator plant for each autoclave.
The autoclaves can have a manual loading system, but they shall have an automatic unloading system, so that the tender is also for the procurement of 2 raising/lowering loading trolleys, 2 receiver tables on the unloading side and 1 raising/lowering unloading trolley.
Kristiansund hospital will carry out the necessary constructional changes itself when the chosen tenderer in accordance with point 4.2 has concretised its constructional requirements. Furthermore, Kristiansund hospital will provide the correct dimensioned electricity, water, sewage and other necessary technical infrastructure right up to the equipment delivery, this will also be in accordance with the description from the chosen tenderer. The hospital will see to mains water for cooling and RO treated water for use in the steam process.
Otherwise the delivery shall include all components/accessories as well as the assembly/installation and completion in such a way that it functions as a whole based on the described needs and requirements.
Tenderers must, in their price offer for the installations, (take into consideration) that parts of the work can be done after 16:00, or at weekends, because of alteration works and the running of the department where the autoclaves shall be assembled.
Necessary operational related training of all personnel who work in the affected units must be included. Service and maintenance training of the hospital's technical personnel. Two persons from the users and two persons from the service personnel must in addition be trained as "Super Users".
The tender also includes service and maintenance contracts where the need for service and maintenance must be concretised and the annual operational costs that can normally be expected after the guarantee period has expired must be clarified.
Attention is drawn to the fact that the qualification questions (in the KGV) are partly based on a function and service description as the specification method. It is therefore the supplier's responsibility to give a specific and detailed tender that covers the hospital's needs and requirements in a satisfactory and complete way.
