2012/6549 - Job advertisements on the Internet

Høgskolen i Oslo og Akershus

Oslo and Akershus University College (HiOA), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into a framework agreement with one provider who shall conduct publication of available positions on the Internet.
The Awarding Authority requests a subscription service subject to quarterly invoicing. The Awarding Authority expects that approx. 200 vacant positions are published, distributed throughout the calendar year. This is an estimate only, and is not binding for the Awarding Authority. See point 3 for further information.
This framework agreement is not exclusive but almost all vacant positions from the Awarding Authority will be through this agreement. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to publish vacant positions in other medias than the Internet.
The contract period is 2 years from contract formation. Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement on identical conditions with 1+1 year(s). The maximum contract period, including options, is 4 years. The prices are fixed during the entire contract period, and are not subject to alterations. These conditions also apply if options are released.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) VAT certificates, not older than 6 months from deadline for receipt of tenders, shall be submitted.

(2) Tax certificates, not older than 6 months from deadline for receipt of tenders, shall be submitted.

(3) Self-declaration verifying that the tenderer complies with the statutory Norwegian requirements related to health, safety and environment (HSE).

(4) Good implementation requirement is required.

(5) Requirements regarding the general quality assurance which will be the basis for the implementation of the assignment as well as documentation showing relevant certification, if any.

(6) Requirements regarding good experience from equivalent deliveries.

(7) Requirements regarding high quality environmental profile.

(8) Requirement regarding various types of documentation from sub-suppliers, if any.
