Through this delivery the award authority will acquire communication lines for voice and data between the locations where the award authority is represented. The company's internet access is not covered by this procurement. See Appendix 2 for a complete list of locations included in the procurement.
The duration of the contract is 8 years. The first 4 years are binding, thereafter 6 months notice by either party. Tenders shall be offered for alternative capacities at each location, and based on this award authority will make the choice of capacity for each location. The need for communication with other locations and/or changes to existing locations can come within the contract period.

K04 Requirement to attach self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

K06 Description of issues related to capacity and quality of operational, service and administrative apparatus that can and / or will be offered as part of the delivery. If services from subcontractors will be used it must be clearly stated which parts of the operative and administrative apparatus shall be supplied by subcontractors, and which subcontractors will be used shall be used. The descriptions should include, as a minimum a brief description of the vendor's organization, with an overview of branches and number of employees.

The supplier shall have good ability and capacity to undertake the assignment.

Access is reauired to a strong national infrastructure to deliver the solutions and services supplied under the contract.
