The University of Oslo, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, has a district heating plant consisting in 20 plants located in various buildings with electronic control and energy system which ensure a reliable and energy efficient heat supply.
The Awarding Authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for consultancy services in the form of counselling, engineering design and construction management in relation to reconstruction/renovation of the Awarding Authority’s district heating network.

— Statement of the company’s business idea and core competence related to the services requested in this tender invitation,

— An overview of the company’s history, organisation and ownership, as well as description of the existing activities,

— Description on how the service provider is organised in relation to implementation of this contract,

— A brief description shall be given of the overall quality assurance system the service provider will rely on in connection with implementation of this contract.

2) Certificates from corresponding deliveries conducted the previous 3 years.

1) The service provider shall have sufficient implementation ability;

2) The service provider shall have good experience from corresponding assignments with equivalent heating systems of corresponding extent
