2012/4507. Framework agreement for transport and forwarding services

A framework agreement shall be entered into for the supply of transport and forwarding services. The contract covers all of DSB's business, with head office in Tønsberg and other locations over the whole of Norway. Frieght and civil defence material between the Civil Defence central warehouse at Starum and civil defence districts in all the counties, together with and transport of materials across national borders in connection with the DSB's international activities will constitute an important part of the delivery.

The contract will be entered into for a period of 4 years. The contract comes into force when the contract is signed by both parties.
The contract will consist of the following documents in the specified order:
1. Part 1 client's special contract terms, see Chapter 4
2. Part 2 client's tender documents with specification of requirements
3. Part 3 NSAB2000
4. Part 4 Supplier's tender
It is assumed that the supplier will familiarize themselves with the contents of the contract documents and can accept them without reservation, any reservations must be lodged in the tender documents Chapter 2.
The tender shall be prepared in Norwegian and consist of a dated and signed tender letter with a short presentation by the supplier and the supplier's name, address, contact person, telephone and e-mail.
The tender letter shall have the following numbered attachments:
Completed specification, see Chapter 1.
Signed declaration of acceptance of contract terms or a statement of any reservation, ses Chapter 2.
A censored version of the total tender, where information of competitive significance is removed, see Freedom of Information Act. § 13 and the Public Administration Act § 13, 1 part 2) (confidentiality of requests for access).
