The Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo (UiO) is currently located in the University of Oslo's city center buildings in Karl Johans gate 47 and in 7 different premises in the outskirts of the city center. UiO wants to gather the remote facilities together into one area, and has initiated a partnership with a property developer with the intention to reach an agreement on hire of new research and teaching facilities in the city center. UiO wants to engage a senior project manager to take care of UiO's interests in the development, engineering, construction and initial occupation phases.
