The University of Oslo, (UiO), represented by the Technical Department, has installed a new system for central operational control in the University’s buildings. The current system is Tridium Niagara. The University wishes to enter into an agreement regarding consultancy service related to management, maintenance and development of the system.

1) The tenderer shall present a brief and general description of the business, including:

— Statement of the company’s business idea and core competence in relation to the requested delivery,

— An overview of the company’s history, organisation structure and ownership, as well as description of current activities,

— Description on how the tenderer is organised in relation to implementation of the contract,

— A brief description of the general quality assurance system the tenderer will base the implementation of the contract.

2) Attestations from corresponding assignments carried out the previous 3 years.

3) Statement from the tenderer and copy of central approval for the functions required in connection with implementation of the contract.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

1) The tenderer shall have sufficient implementation ability.

2) The tenderer shall be well experienced with accompanying assignments with corresponding heating plant and of equivalent scope.

3) It is required that the tenderer is an well-established consultancy firm with central approval for all relevant approval areas, within the listed functions:

— Responsible applicant,

— Responsible project team,

— Responsible controller for engineering design,

— Responsible controller for enterprise class 3.
