More og Romsdal County Council issues an invitation to an open tender competition for purchase of data communications (WAN / Internet) for Møre og Romsdal county municipality.
All tenders must be submitted electronically via Mercell portal www.mercell.no within the tender deadline. Late tenders will be rejected. (The system does not permit the submission of tenders electronically via Mercell after the tender deadline).

It is recommended that the tender is submitted well before the deadline, eg. at least 1 hour before the deadline expires.
Should there be additional information from the award authority that causes you wish to change your tender before the tender period expires, you can go in and open your tender, make changes and submit the new tender right up to the expiry of the deadline. The latest tender submitted is considered as the final tender.
The tender requires electronic signature upon submission.
You will be the submission of the offer will be asked for an electronic signature to confirm the actual bidder who submitted the offer. Electronic signature you can obtain www.commfides.com, www.buypass.no or www.bankid.no.
Please note that it may take a few days to deliver an electronic signature so this process should be started as soon as possible.

A framework agreement shall be entered into with one supplier for a period of 2 years, with the option to extend the agreement for 2 more years, 1 year at a time (2+1+1).
