2012/33-data communications
More og Romsdal County Council issues an invitation to an open tender competition for purchase of data communications (WAN / Internet) for Møre og Romsdal county municipality.
All tenders must be submitted electronically via Mercell portal
www.mercell.no within the tender deadline. Late tenders will be rejected. (The system does not permit the submission of tenders electronically via Mercell after the tender deadline).

It is recommended that the tender is submitted well before the deadline, eg. at least 1 hour before the deadline expires.
Should there be additional information from the award authority that causes you wish to change your tender before the tender period expires, you can go in and open your tender, make changes and submit the new tender right up to the expiry of the deadline. The latest tender submitted is considered as the final tender.
The tender requires electronic signature upon submission.
