The University of Oslo (UiO) is the nation's largest and oldest institution of higher education. The Reprosentralen within the Technical Operations division, is the University of Oslo's own printing center. The Reprosentralen currently prints about 18 000 000 black/white and 2 500 000 colour prints. It is requested to enter into an agreement for the lease of one unit of a high volume colour printer for a period of 4 years.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

1) Credit Rating Report or other relevant accounting documentation for the last 2 financial years.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: 1) Suppliers shall have sufficient financial strength to fulfill the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(2) Other documentation required (please state below).
1) Suppliers shall give a brief and general description of activities, including:
— A statement of the company's business concept and core competencies related to the scope of supply,
— An overview of the company's history, organization and ownership, as well as a description of current activities,
— Include a brief description of the overall quality assurance system that the supplier will apply to the execution of the contract.
Subcontractors:
With the use of any subcontractors, the supplier must submit a description of the subcontractors:
— name and address,
— scope of responsibilities and roles in the relationship,
— The for mality of the relationship.
If the supplier chooses to make any changes to the subcontractor that are used they shall notify his client about this immediately. The customer has the right to deny approval of any subcontractors if they havereasonable grounds to do so.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: 1) The supplier shall have 0ufficient implementation capacity.
