Winter maintenance and sweeping outdoor areas for UiO. This includes, among other things, areas at Blindern, Campus, Universitetshagen in the centre, the sites around the Viking Ship house on Bygdøy, the Observatory, Gaustadbekkdalen/Forskningsparken.
The contract is for both season works at a fixed price and assignments on an hourly rate.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(2) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

The service provider is required to have a legally etablished company.
Certificate from the company register or other registration in a professional register in the service provider's home country.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit rating report, not older than 6 months, from Dun & Bradstreet, Lindorff Decision or equivalent. If such a credit report is not available, the service provider can as an alternative enclose the accounts with the auditor’s report for the last 2 accounting years.

The service providers hall have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Other documentation required (please state below).
— a list with an overview of two or more equivalent assignments in the last 3 years including the assignment’s value, date and awarding authority (name/tel. no., reference person).
(UiO shall be able to contact the reference person in order to verify the assignment’s relevance and quality).
— a short and general description of the company shall be given. This is to include an account of the company’s business idea, an overview of the company’s history and a description of the current company,
— tenderers must document sufficient capacity for the extent that can be reckoned on and the area covered by the contract. This is to include a description of the personnel and machines that are available for fulfilment of the contract with UiO. If sub suppliers will be used, these are to be included in the description,

— the service provider shall also give a short description of the general quality assurance system that the service provider will use for fulfilment of the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— the service provider shall have experience from equivalent contracts for winter maintenance and sweeping,
— the service provider shall have the ability and sufficient capacity to fulfil the assignment.
