2012/1245 - Framework agreement for passenger transport service with drivers (motor coach)

Høgskolen i Oslo og Akershus

Oslo and Akershus University College, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into a framework agreement for passenger transport services with drivers (motor coach). The contract period is expected to be 4 years and the value will be between 1 500 000 and 2 100 000 NOK excluding VAT. This is an estimate only and is not binding for the Awarding Authority.
Start of contract is 1.6.2012. The framework agreement period is 2 years with option for 1+1 prolongation.
The procurement shall be carried out as an open tender contest in accordance with Public Procurement Regulations’ sections I and III. See the requirement specifications in the procurement implementation system “KGV” for further information of the procurement.
The procurement shall be carried out by using electronic support system for procurements (the procurement implementation system “KGV”). The tender contest file which contains the tender documents will be available for tenderers who have registered for participation, at the following net site: https://www.eu-supply.com/kgv.asp.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Requirement to present VAT certificate not older than 6 months from deadline for receipt of tenders.
(2) Requirement to present TAX certificate not older than 6 months from deadline for receipt of tenders.
(3) Requirement to present Self-declaration showing that the supplier meets the statutory requirements in Norway regarding health, safety and environment (HSE).
(4) Good implementation abilitiy is required.
(5) Requirements related to how the supplier is organised.
(6) Description of the general quality assurance system the supplier will base the implementaqtion of the assignments and possibly documentation of relevant certification.
(7) Good experience from corresponding deliveries (3 relevant references) is required.
(8) Permissions are required.
