2012/11661 Establishment of a framework agreement for office supplies

A framework agreement shall be established with one supplier for office supplies for all of DSB. This includes the main office in Tønsberg, 20 civil defence districts, five regional offices for electrical inspections and three schools. The framework agreement will be signed for a period of 1 year with an option for an extension for a further 3 years. The contract will come into force 27.2.2013 subject the competition being held and the contract awarded without sanction possibilities by this date.
The procurement is covered by the Public Procurement Act 16.7.1999 no.69 (LOA) and the public procurement regulations (FOA) dated 7.4.2006 no.406 parts I and III.
The procurement will be carried out via an open tender competition. Negotiations are not allowed in this competition. This means that there will not be any opportunity to change the tenders, including changing the price, delivery date or other conditions that are significant for the competitive conditions. Suppliers must therefore give their best tender by the deadline.
Tenders shall be submitted electronically via Mercell. In addition some further specified product samples shall be sent. See the tender documents points 4.3, 4.4 and 6.1 for further information.
