2012/02 Further education within educational use of ICT

Møre- og Romsdal Fylkeskommune

Møre og Romsdal county c/o the education department invite companies to an open tender competition for services connected to further education within general and more specific use of ICT for educational employees in sixth form colleges. We would like further education for a total of approx. 40 teachers per annum. The period for the framework agreement is 2 years from 1.8.2012 to 31.7.2014. The awarding authority has an option for a contract extension for a further 1+1 year.
All tenders shall be submitted electronically via the Mercell portal, www.mercell.no by the deadline for receipt of tenders. Late tenders will be rejected. (The system does not allow tenders to be submitted electronically via Mercell after the deadline.).

We recommend that the tender is submitted in good time before the deadline expires, for example a minimum of 1 hour before the deadline expires. If there is additional information from the awarding authority and you would like to change your tender before the deadline expires, you can go in and open the tender, make any changes and submit it again right up until the deadline expires. The last received tender will be seen as the final tender.
The tender requires an electronic signature.
You will, when you submit your tender, be asked for an electronic signature in order to confirm that it is the actual tenderer that has submitted the tender. An electronic signature can be obtained from www.commfides.com, www.buypass.no or www.bankid.no.
Attention is drawn to the fact that it can take a few days to receive an electronic signature so this process should be started as soon as possible.
