Operation and maintenance of national roads, county roads and foot and cycle paths in Molde, Aukra, Eide, Fræna, Midsund municipalities and parts of Gjemnes, Nesset and Averøy municipalities. The contract is for 5 years. The assignment consists of operation and maintenance assignments on the road network with function responsibility for some of the assignments. The contract is based on function specified standard requirements and orders based on amounts. Settlement form: Agreed round sum, unit prices and the amount of work carried out.

(2) Company tax certificate (national requirement);

(3) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement);

If the tenderer is a working partnership, a statement of joint and several liability over the awarding authority and a third party shall be enclosed with the tender.

The accident frequency (H1-value) for the last three years shall be enclosed.

Tenderers shall enclose information on equity and the total capital from the last reported accounts. The equity and total capital from the group, parent or subsidary companies are not to be included. If there are significant changes in the tenderer's equity and solidity as regards the last auditor confirmed accounts, documentation on this shall be enclosed.

Information shall be given on the tenderer's total turnover and the turnover for the relevant work for each of the last 3 accounting years. Relevant work means work of the same type as the work included in the tender documents.

Positive equity is required. If a tenderer is a working partnership, the requirement applies for each of the participants.

(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts);
