12232 and 12233 Ila prison, K101 engineering, procurement and construction with partnering contract

In connection with the projects 12232 Ila Prison - Gate building and 12233 Ila Prison - ward G, Statsbygg, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority requests tenders for an engineering, procurement and construction with partnering contract: “K101 engineering, procurement and construction with partnering contract”.
The objective and challenges of the project are to organise systems and prepare implementation plans so that they can be executed as a partnering contract. The Awarding Authority shall therefore award a contract to a partner who shall implement the project.
Relevant partners shall define their team themselves and this team shall cover all relevant disciplines in relation to engineering design and execution.
Contractor with consultants shall in a partnering contract with the awarding authority prepare a preliminary project and implementation plan within the current budget which will be given when the contract is entered into.
Project 12232 - Gate building:
Ila prison has an increasing requirement for upgrading the control of persons and goods in and out of the prison. In connection with this, it is a strong request that a gate building in the outer lock area with culvert connection from the gate building and into the facility is established.
The sub-project comprises of:
— Gate building: 408 m² gross area divided in 2 levels,
— Lift and stairs,
— Culvert: 90 m long.
Project 12233 - Ward G:
An imprisonment service inside the walls with particularly high security (SHS) is requested. If required this service shall function together with sections of the prison. Extent: the new building has a gross area of approx. 430 m², divided in 2 levels.
