Statsbygg, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests tenders for construction management in relation to the project 12054 Statens Hus Vadsø. The contract shall mainly include follow up of the property developer in accordance with the Awarding Authority’s instructions and procedures. The existing buildings near Statens Hus Vadsø comprise of 2 parallel wings (A+B) and a middle building with reception/canteen as well as parking facility connected to wing A. The Awarding Authority will now require restoration of the buildings in order to continue the existing tenancy with the users of the building. Wing A comprises of 3 levels as well as basement and attic. The wing has a base area of approx. 840 m². Wing B comprises of 4 levels as well as basement and attic. The wing has a base area of approx. 970 m².

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The tenderer shall give the Awarding Authority option for fixed price supplement. It is emphasised that any optional works in Wing B shall be executed in the period 1.9.2013-1.1.2014. See the tender documents for further description.

It is required that the tenderer has a legally registered and established company documentation:
1. Company certificates from the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
2. Overview of the company’s present and future assignments and their extent tax certificates.
Two tax certificates shall be provided:
— Tax certificate (tax, advance tax deduction, garnishments, payroll tax),
— VAT certificate.
Tax and VAT certificates can be commissioned from one office. The tenderers may either contact the local tax collector office or the tax office.
The certificates shall not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.
Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries than Norway shall present corresponding certificates. Compare the Public Procurement Regulations’ §20-12 (3).
HSE self-declaration.
All tenderers shall present a HSE self-declaration within the tender deadline. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the form attached the tender documents.

1. Complete annual accounts for the previous 3 years including the auditor’s report. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to obtain credit appraisals of the tenderer

1. Overview of the implemented projects for the previous 3 years. A brief description of the projects shall be given, including:
— awarding authority,
— the nature of the assignment (the tenderers role including function as safety, health and work environment coordinator),
— the size of the assignment (m2 and/or contract value),
— date of implementation.

Good technical and professional qualifications.
The tenderer must have relevant professional competence including experience as safety, health and work environment coordinator.
