The Norwegian Institute of Public Health, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall carry out an open tender competition regarding purchase of vaccine against Human papillomavirus (HPV) for the Norwegian childhood immunisation programme.
The procurement includes delivery of vaccines against Human papillomavirus (HPV) (ATC code: J07B) with approximately 75 000 to 120 000 doses per annum for use in the Norwegian childhood immunisation programme.
The contract period is from 2013 until 2014 and will be subject to option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation unless the Awarding Authority terminates the contract within 1.9.2014 or 1.9.2015, respectively.
The tender contest will be an open tender procedure with one stage process where all relevant suppliers are invited to submit tenders. Negotiations will not be allowed.
