Part 1 – secretariat function.
OED would like assistance for the secretariat function for various committees and groups.
The secretariat shall have the practical responsibility for planning and carrying out the committee’s meetings and work. There will be considerable preparation in the form of working out text drafts and the collection and arrangement of information before the meetings. Minor reporting and analysis assignments etc. can also be included as additional assignments.
The assignment must be carried out within the stated deadlines. The service provider is required to provide the necessary resources for the assignment for the whole of the contract period.
Part 2 – reporting and analysis assignments.
OED has in some connections a need to carry out assessments of energy power market political problems. OED will have a need for external assistance for this. These assignments can sometimes require the use of energy models.
It is important that the service provider has a high professional level within power and energy market analysis, experience from major reporting assignments and work with energy models and energy prognoses and high competence in socio-economic analyses. It is also important that the service provider has good insight in various technical and financial qualities in the Norwegian power and energy system.
