An information meeting and site survey will be held for all tenderers Tuesday 13.3.2021 (13:00) at Bergen museum, Museplass 3, Bergen, NORWAY (meet outside the main entrance). The competition, contract and project language, both oral and written shall be Norwegian. Additional information/corrections to the tender documents. If a tenderer finds that the tender documents do not give sufficient guideance, he can request in writing information addition from Arne Christian Blix and Geir Barton Torsæter: acb@statsbygg.no and geto@statsbygg.no (requests are to be sent to both). The assignment will be carried out as an interaction contract.

In January 2010 the Ministry of Education and Research (KD) gave Statsbygg the task of planning the internal renovation of Bergen museum (natural history museum) located at Musèplassen 3 in Bergen.

The building has a net area of approx. 7 100 m

The building is, in the Ministry of Education and Research’s proposal for the country protection plan, proposed listed in protection class 1. This involves both the exterior, interior and outdoor installations. The building shall therefore be treated as listed. Emphasis is put on the fact that the building is a main work from the historical style period in Norway and it is the centre of the museum history. The building has a high architectonic value and stands as authentic.

The aim of the renovation is to take the building back to its original state to the greatest possible degree with the aim of using the building for communication and public orientated activities, as well as for meeting and ceremonial functions for the University of Bergen. Qualification requirements.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company and a secure ability to fulfil the contract.

Documentation:

1) Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to enclose a certificate as mandated in the law in the country where the company is registered;

2) Overview of the number of employees in the company, divided between administration and production.

Tax certificates:

2 tax certificates shall be provided:

— Tax certificate (tax, advance payments, garnishments, payroll tax),

— VAT certificate.

The tax certificate for tax and VAT can be ordered from one place. Tenderers can either apply to their local tax collection office or to the tax office.

The certificates shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries than Norway shall enclose equivalent certificates in accordance with the Procurement Regulations § 20-12 (3).

HSE self-declaration:

All tenderers shall enclose a HSE self-declaration by the deadline for receipt of tenders. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the attached form in the tender documents. Tenderers registered in StartBANK can state their StartBANK ID or send a copy of their registration certificate in StartBANK instead.

Complete annual accounts for the last 3 years including the auditor's report.
