11852 DNO & B phase 2, H07 area review-detailed engineering design services

Statsbygg has had, together with Den Norske Opera og Ballett, a review of the organisation and a need has been identified for more office and meeting room areas. DNO&B has given Statsbygg has the task of looking at a possible expansion of operations in available areas in the opera hall in Bjørvika.
The architect agency PirII has carried out an area analysis and has identified potential areas of interest, annex 1. In addition to this a ticket office and catalyst room shall be furthered reviewed, with detailed engineering design services and a cost estimated. Changes must be reckoned on, but this shall be agreed separately. The engaged group shall have SØK function, contact and follow up of the application process for the municipality.
Close cooperation with users will be important.
The assignment will be compensated according to the hours used.
Statsbygg would like group tenders for the engineering design services. The tender shall include the following professions.
— Engineering design group coordinator (PGK),
— Architect (ARK),
— Consultant engineer construction (RIB),
— Consultant engineer fire (RIBR),
— Consultant engineer HVAC and sanitation (RIV),
— Consultant engineer electro (RIE),
— Any others to get a complete group.
Companies that would like to participate in the competition must cooperate when working out the tender so that it is complete and without “grey zones” between the professions.
The software requirement for producing drawings for companies that are a part of an engineering design group shall be coordinated with others in the group.

Tax certificates.
2 tax certificates shall be enclosed:
— Tax certificate (tax, advance payment, garnishments, payroll tax),
— VAT certificate.
The tax certificate and VAT certificate can be ordered from the same place. Tenderers can either apply to their local tax collection office or the tax office.
The certificates shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries than Norway shall enclose equivalent certificates in accordance with the procurement regulations § 20-12 (3).
HSE self-declaration.
All tenderers shall enclose a HSE self-declaration by the deadline for receipt of tenders. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the form attached to the tender documents.
