Statsbygg would like tenders for construction management for a new buidling: Approx. 9000 m2 gross at the University of Tromsø. The building shall house teaching rooms, laboratories, workshops and offices for physics, science and engineering education. Statsbygg's awarding authority is the Ministry of Education and Research. The project is planned to be carried out with awarding authority managed joint contracts, see point 2.5 in the invitation.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tax certificate.
Two tax certificates shall be enclosed:
— Tax certificate (tax, advance payments, garnishments, payroll tax),
— VAT certificate.
The tax certificate and VAT certificate can be ordered from the same place. Tenderers can either apply to their local tax collection office or to the tax office.
The certificates shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries than Norway shall enclose equivalent certificates in accordance with the procurement regulations § 20-12 (3).
HSE self-declaration.
All tenderers shall enclose a HSE self-declaration by the deadline for receipt of tenders. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the form attached to the tender documents.

The annual accounts for the last 3 years. A credit rating from a credit rating company will be obtained by Statsbygg.

The company’s reference list of completed projects in the last 3 years. Each of the reference projects shall describe the name of the awarding authority/project, the size of the project (m2 and/or contract cost), the nature of the construction manager’s assignment (the tenderer’s function including function as SHA coordinator) and date of execution.

In addition a short account shall be given of the company’s manpower and possibly a statement of how much of the contract the service provider aims to give to cooperation parties (see below for the binding statement).

Tenderers must have relevant professional competence, including experience as SHA coordinator and sufficient capacity.
