Statsbygg requests tenders for turnkey contract:
Stavanger University at Ullandhaug is expanding and looking to increase it's curriculum. In this connection award authority needs increased space at the university, both for administration, research and student areas.
Award authority requests tenders for a new laboratory building with a total of 1 500 m².
Award authority will employ a local clerk of works who will follow up the construction project on a daily basis.

Qualification requirements:
It is required that the tenderer has a legally established company.
Documentation:
1. For foreign companies the Awarding Authority requires equivalent certificates in accordance with the legislation in the country where the company is registered.
2. Overview of number of employees in the company, divided between administration and production.
Tax information.
2 copies of tax and social security contributions certificates shall be presented:
— Tax certificate (taxes, deferred income/revenue, garnishment, employers contributions),
— VAT certificate.
Tax and VAT certificates can be commissioned from one office. The tenderers may either contact the local tax collector office or the tax office.
The certificates shall not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.
Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries than Norway shall present corresponding certificates. Compare the Public Procurement Regulations’ §20-12 (3).
HSE self-declaration.
All tenderers shall present a HSE self-declaration within the tender deadline. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the form attached the tender documents.
Tenderers registered in StartBANK can provide information of the StartBANK identification or send copy of registration to the StartBANK instead.

Complete annual accounts for the previous 3 years including auditor’s report.

Reference projects of equivalent value to this proje t carried out in the last 5 years, including the size and date of the assignment, responsible case manager and form of enterprise.
BIM requirements:
Confirmation from supplier's architect demonstrating that.
1)They have the required software
2)They have user experience from the required software
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Supplier shall have experience from execution od assignments of equivalent size and complexity.
BIM requirements: Turnkey contractor's architect must have the required software and user experience from BIM (Building Information Modeling).
The software must be able to import and export the open BIM format IFC (Industry Foundation Classes), version 2x3 or higher, in an effektive way.
