In order to strengthen the projects’ manpower, we are looking for consultants with project manager competence as well as technical competence especially as regards control systems and user interface as well as risk assessment in order to support Statsbygg’s project manager. Two contracts shall be awarded.
General.
The three projects that are described in point 2.2. (in the invitation) have the same project manager in Statsbygg. In order to reduce vulnerability and increase capacity, two project manager supporters are wanted who can assist in project implementation. The assignment will be paid on hourly rates. Contract A: The assignment will be a 100 % position for one and a half to two years. Contract B: The assignment’s amount will vary with intensity from a 50 % position to 80 % position for approx. 1 year. The assignment will be paid on hourly rates.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Statsbygg would like to be able to use one of the project manager supports as project manager if needed for one or several of the projects described above. One project manager in Statsbygg is responsible for the budget, reporting, customer handling, progress planning and deliveries in the project in accordance with the fixed aims and strategies in the project. The work will be paid according to the number of hours used and the price shall be given in a separate field in the tender form.

Qualification requirements.
The service provider is required to have a legally established company and a secure ability to fulfil the contract.
Documentation.
1. Company registration certificate, for foreign companies an equivalent certificate as mandated in the law in the country where the company is registered is required.
2. Overview of the number of employees in the company, divided between consultants and administration.
Tax certificates.
Two tax certificates shall be enclosed:
— tax certificate (tax, advance payments, garnishments, payroll tax),
— VAT certificate.
The tax certificate and VAT certificate can be ordered from one place. Tenderers can either apply to their local tax collection office or the tax office.
The certificates shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries than Norway shall enclose certificates in accordance with the procurement regulations § 20-12 (3).
HSE self-declaration.
All tenderers shall enclose a HSE self-declaration by the deadline for receipt of tenders. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the attached from in the tender documents.
