10-BYM-2012. Framework agreement for tools and workshop supplies

Oslo municipality, the Town Environment Department, invite companies on behalf of themselves and the Sanitation Department, hereafter called the purchasers, to an open tender competition for the procurement of 10-BYM-2012 framework agreement for tools and workshop supplies.
The purchasers carry out some operation and maintenance of vehicles and installations themselves and have a need for continuous deliveries of tools and workshop supplies.
The Town Environment Department:
The Town Environment Department has its own machines, consisting of, among other things, tractors, lorries, track machines, wheel loaders, lawn mowers, as well as some accessories for these machines. The Town Environment Department has two workshops that carry out some repairs on the machines. Some of the repairs are outsourced to private companies.
The Sanitation Department:
The Sanitation Department has approx. 55 machines consisting of wheel loaders, excavators, bulldozers, lorries, sweepers etc. Minor repairs to the machines are carried out by the REN’s own workshops and there is therefore a need for some electrical tools, hand tools and workshop supplies. The framework agreement is for all the departments in REN, but most of the orders will be made from Haraldrud recycling station, Grønmo recycling station and the logistics and service section in Vollaveien. The latter 2 departments both have their own workshop.
