4.1 Scope
The tender is for the procurement of 3 C-arms, with a monitor trolley, in accordance with the specifications, that shall be used in the Operation Department and the Surgical Outpatients in Molde. We shall have 2 C-arms with analogue technology and 1 C-arm wtih digital technology.
The total delivery shall be from one and the same supplier.
The delivery shall otherwise include all components/accessories, assemmbly/installation and commissioning so that it functions as a whole based on the described needs and requirements.
Necessary training of all personnel that work in the affected units must be included.
The tender also includes service and maintenance contracts, for which the need for service and maintenance must be concretised and the annual running costs that can be expected after the guarantee has expired must be clarified. Furthermore relevant technical courses.

Tenderers shall be a legally registered company. This is to be documented by a company registration certificate.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Confirmation that the company is not in the process of debt negotiations or bankruptcy negotiations. This is to be documented by a self-declaration, bank confirmation etc.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required (ISO 9000 or equivalent). To be documented by a certificate or other statement that documents the qualification requirement.
Considerable experience is required from equivalent assignments.
Deliveries of the same type and extent in Europe shall therefore be given with a contact person, telephone number and the sales year for the last 3 years.
Tenderers shall have a service apparatus that has good competence and experience with service/repairs of the offered equipment.
