Process guide/facilitator for the top management group in the Sanitation Department in Oslo municipality (REN), with particular focus on the roll out of REN's strategy, management adaptation of management gatherings and assistance with the best possible result of general requirements, signals, policy and strategies.
Coaching of members in the top management group as agreed at individual level will also be included in the contract.
In additon there can be assignments outside management gatherings, such as, for example, managing projects within organisation themes and culture, analysis work, assistance with work with continual improvements/LEAN etc. Assistance can also be needed on the organisation psychological level in connection with moving the organisation to Haraldrudveien 20.

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

—Service providers shall have the tax and VAT payments in order,

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)

(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.

(4) Other documentation required (please state below)

—Overview of the company's most important contracts in the last 3 years, including their value, date and recipient with relevance to this contract. Documentation/references are required for the actual services provided. State a contact person with a telephone number,

—Overview of the company's organisation and total manpower, with a description of the company's competence,

—Description of the the personnel that the company can use for fulfilment of the contract (CVs shall not be enclosed),

—A short account of the company's quality assurance system/control system and/or a copy of the publicly certified quality control institution.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

—Considerable experience is required from work with process guidance and coaching, preferably within public administration and service production,

—A very good ability to fulfil the contract is required,

—Specific competence within coaching is required,

—A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided (ISO 9000 or equivalent).

REN would like participation from small, medium sized and large companies. The size will be defined by the participating companies.

2. Participation from both newly established and well established companies.

Newly established companies will in this connection be seen as companies younger than 5 years. Companies older than 5 years will be seen as well established.

3. The company's core field

Companies with strategy and organisation development as their core fields will have an advantage over companies with core fields within other fields.
