4.1 Extent
The tender is for the procurement of 1 MR in accordance with the specifications, which shall be located in a new building at Molde hospital.
Otherwise the delivery shall include all components/installation and commissioning so that it functions as a whole based on the described needs and requirements.
Necessary training of all personnel who work in the affected units must be included.
Furthermore the tender includes service and maintenace contracts where it will be central to concretise the need for service and maintenance, as well as to clarify what annual running costs can be expected after the guarantee period has expired. Furthermore relevant technical courses.
Attention is drawn to the fact that the qualification questions (in the KGV) are partly based on a function and service description as the method of specification. It is therefore the supplier's responsibility to submit a specific and detailed tender that covers the hospital's needs and requirements in a satisfactory and complete way.

Considerable experience from equivalent assignments is required.
Deliveries of the same type and extent in Europe shall therefore be given with a contact person, telephone number and sales year for the last 3 years.
A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required. (ISO 9000 or equivalent.) This is to be documented by a certificate or other documentation of that the qualification requirement is fulfilled.
