Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The awarding authority can hand over its rights and obligations in accordance with the contract to St. Olavs Hospital and NTNU respectively.

The awarding authority has a right, but not a duty, through St. Olavs Hospital and NTNU – the Medical Faculty, to make use of any contract for extra orders for a period from when the contract is signed and 3 years after the hand over of the last delivery, as it is defined in the contract.

The supplier can only hand over his rights and obligations in accordance with the contract with written consent from the awarding authority.
