Working out a marketing plan with option for implementation
Finansportalen.no would like to procure a plan and an option for implementation of traffic increasing marketing from up to four service providers.
There are two aims:
1) Plan document.
Working out a plan for how Finansportalen, given the current strategy and financial limits, can triple the traffic for a manageable future. The plan ought to have a time horizon of three years.
Finansportalen will pay 62 500 NOK including VAT for the marketing plan included in this tender.
The completed plan shall be submitted by 7.9.2011.
In addition to the medium long horizon, the plan shall also include a short term marketing campaign which ought to start at the beginning of October 2011 and which will be implemented this year. This campaign can cost up to 2 150 000 NOK including VAT.
2) Option for implementation
The completed plan shall include an option for Finansportalen for the service provider, on behalf of Finansportalen, working out and implementing the short term campaign described in paragraph 1). Finansportalen shall be able to take up this option 16.9.2011 at the latest. Finansportalen are obviously free to also not take up the option and procure the implementation in another way.
The option shall only be worked out by the winner(s) of the competition. These will receive 62,500 NOK each for working out the plan and an option as mentioned in points 1) and 2) here.
The short term campaign in autumn 2011 can cost up to 2 150 000 NOK including VAT. The option ought – as far as it is relevant – to include:
a) how the campaign is planned to be fitted into a general strategy;
b) which target groups one will try to influence;
c) how these target groups will be influenced;
d) how any campaign material shall contribute to this;
e) how any campaign material shall be designed;
f) who shall design any campaign material;
g) what any campaign material will cost;
h) which media shall be used;
i) a detailed media plan, with formats, number of placements/exposures and dates;
j) a detailed and binding budget for the procurement of media placements.
A binding price shall be given for the option. Sub supplier’s net prices shall be used in the option. All discounts/return commissions etc. from any sub suppliers shall go to Finansportalen in their entirety. The service provider shall be compensated directly by Finansportalen.
