The Norwegian Storting is experiencing changing needs for wireless network connection to handheld devices. The users are using mobile phones, laptops and iPad. In particular, the introduction of the iPad has caused an inrcreased need for a new wireless network. In the longer term, there may be additional requirements, such as by a possible transition to IP telephony. Stortinget's administration wants to purchase a scalable, modular solution for wireless networks that cover large parts of the Parliament's premises in nine buildings and approximately 70 000 m². Primarily there will be a need for wireless coverage for data traffic in offices, meeting places and mixing area.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement).

The vendor shall have settled conditions with respect to the payment of taxes and fees, meet regulatory requirements for health, environment and safety (HES), be a legally registered entity, and have satisfactory conduct.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures;
(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof;
(3) Other documentation required (please state below).
Financial statement, annual report and auditor's report for the last 3 fiscal years. Solvency assessment including bankruptcy prediction, issued by the company with a license to operate a credit information.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The vendor shall be in a good financial and economical standing.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower;
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts);
(3) Samples, descriptions and/or brochures of the products to be delivered (for supply contracts).
Description of the vendor's technical expertise, delivery- and support organization specifying the resources (number of employees as well as an indication of relevant expertise) belonging to the supplier and which may belong to other companies.
If the contractor relies on other enterprise capabilities to fulfill contractual obligations, the portion of the contract the supplier intends to use subcontractors shall be specified. However, it is expected that the main supplier will represent the main parts of the delivery. Liability Statement from the relevant subcontractors shall be submitted.
