Glåmdal inter-municipal water and drainage company IKS - GIVAS (hereafter called award authority) requests tenders for winter maintenance of municipal roads in Grue and Kongsvinger.
The agreement also includes the hire of machinery with drivers for carrying out snow ploughing, snow clearing and other winter maintenance work. In this tender document award authority has chosen to use price per trip, plus price for emergency preparednes/being on call, but there is also the possibility that tenderer carries out sanding on behalf of the award authority.

Foreign companies must submit documentation demonstrating they are in the trade register or enterprise register in accordance with the laws in the country where the tenderer is established.

If tenderer can not present the required documentation he can present the company's economic and financial standing by use of any other document accepted by award authority.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Other documentation required (please state below).

1. Description of a minimum of 1 most relevant assignment in the last 3 years. The description must include the value, date and recipient (name, telephone and e-mail). References will be contacted if needed to clarify the relevance of the assignment. However, tenderers are responsible to document relevance in their description.

2. Attached schemas for machinery, equipment and manpower must be completed and submitted attached to the tender.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

1. Tenderer shall have experience from a minimum of 1 equivalent assignment in the last 3 years. Equivalent means winter maintenance/plowing of roads.

2. Tenderer shall have sufficient capacity and ability to carry out the assignment.
