The school at present consists of a school building from the 1950s and an additional building from the 1970s. The buildings are connected by a pergola with toilet facilities. The oldest building and pergola/toilets will be demolished by another contractor before commencement of ground works.
The remaining building contains classrooms, gymnasium and changing rooms. The building is on one floor with an attic, and has a total gross area of 1 154 m2. The building will be significantly reconstructed, and opened out to a new building of 1 220 m2 total gross area.
The new building is mainly on one floor, and contains new main entrance, administration, teaching and technical room on loft floor.
Outdoor areas of approx 5 daa shall be built with new play and living area.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 5 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts).
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(4) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
(5): Tenderer shall have experience from similar assignments carried out in a satisfactory manner. Similar assignments means:
Work of comparable nature, size and complexity.
Documentation:
The company's relevant deliveries over the past 5 years, with the values, dates and recipients. Reference person of the recipient must be provided.
In addition to the submitted documentation, tenderer will be able to emphasize their own, documented experience with the award authority.
If tenderer does not have the necessary qualifications, but will rely on other companies to carry out the work, the corresponding documentation for these compsnies must also be submitted.
(6): A well-functioning quality custom contract's content.
Statement of the quality assurance / quality control system. The statement must, at least, include:
A - a general description of the contents of the system, including an overview of control plans and checklists that are of relevance to this contract.
B - a description of when and how the system is implemented in the company, and how often the system is updated, and
C - a description of how the system will be used to ensure quality in this contract.
(7): Tenderer must have the qualifications required in enterprise class 2 for the resposible approval of all work, except painting, flooring and tiling, which require enterprise class 1.
Central approval for the current work, alternative documentation that demonstrates that it is likely that tenderer will obtain local approval.
(8): Tendered organisation and personnel shall have sufficient expertise and ability to perform the contract. Key personnel must be able to speak and write good Norwegian.
Management plan for the assignment that includes tendered personnel in the various key positions, from the management of the project through to the construction manager.
CVs for tendered key personnel in the organisation plan. CVs shall clearly document experience, age, education, language skills, relevant reference assignments and the role they have had in these assignments.
If tenderer is to be main business/SHA co-ordinator, the relevant qualifications must be stated in the CV.
