User rights for software (lisences) and software maintenance

The Patent Office would like tenders for the procurement of licences and support contracts for standard software which can be used in the Patent Office, as well as for support for licence handling/administration of them.
The service provider must be able to offer procurement and support from the following manufacturers:
Microsoft.
Adobe.
Oracle.
Citrix.
VMware.
It is desirable if the service provider can also offer procurement and support for the following products/manufacturers:
ESET NOD32 Antivirus.
Symantec.
IBM Tivoli Storage Manager.
Quest Software.
The Patent Office will be freely able to test out new products whcih are not in the service providers product assortment when the contract is signed. New products/manufacturers which the Patent Office would like in the contract period shall be able to be negotiated and added to the contract's product assortment.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer shall have good solidity. The solidity will be seen in relation to the assignment’s risk.
The solidity shall be documented by the service provider’s annual accounts for the last two accounting years. The annual accounts shall include the auditor’s report.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall be conscious and attentive to the environment. This shall be visible through the company having an active plan which takes the environment in the company into consideration.
The service provider shall document an environmental profile and environment schemes. If the tenderer has a valid environment certificate, it is sufficient to enclose it.
