It is important that DNK has an internet site that is easy to use, not least for the defined target groups, but also for those who shall publish and edit the content. DNK has high requirements for operational security in general, but the project will also evaluate if there is a need for higher requirements in certain periods, e.g. in connection with crises situations.
*Superior aims for dinkom.no:
— Efficient channels for communication internally and externally.
— Strong content and service focus with a large degree of user friendliness.
— Content and services shall have high quality and the information shall always be updated and in accordance with the users’ expectations for current interest and service.
— Adaptations for efficient information work in any crises situations.
— Adaptations for more efficient information work internally.
— Anchoring the ownership of content in the end-user department.
Performance measurement.
— New structure (interaction design and information architecture).
— Establishment of interactive services and tool for interaction within the framework of the technical system.
— User test with recommendations.
— Updated publication system with new functionality and integration of the search tool.
— Updated quality assured content, adapted for the web.
— Plan for evaluation, maintenance and further development of the service.
— Analysis of possibilities for adaptation of content for mobile units.
*Description of the procurement.
Services shall be provided within the following areas:
— Services related to the adaptation and development of the system including the development of interaction design and graphical design.
— Training in the use of the new system.
— Delivery of operational services for dinkom.no.
— Continuous delivery of development, management, operational services, preparedness and any consultancy.
The delivery shall be carried out by a combination of consultancy, information design and interaction design, development of templates and client programming as well as the set up of a system and development of other functionality in cooperation with the awarding authority’s own resources.
The chosen service provider must be able to provide all the services included in the assignment.
