Turnkey contract for process/machine/electro/automation for biogas plant treatment of sewage sludge

Bergen kommune

Bergen municipality shall upgrade 4 large sewage treatment plants, and will therefore have a considerable increase in the amount of sludge.
Bergen city council has decided that the sludge shall be treated in a biogas plant that shall be situated in Rådalen, where there is currently a treatment plant for septic sludge and chemical sludge. The existing sludge treatment shall be demolished and a new biogas plant constructed.
The demolition of the current plant, blasting for adapting the site and securing rock slopes will be carried out in separate contracts in the near future.
It is also assumed that the construction works for the reception of sludge and other fractions, rotting tanks and other necessary operational buildings will be carried out in a separate contract and that the accompanying building electro and HVAC and sanitation installations will be separate contracts.
The design of these buildings must naturally be adapted to the chosen process equipment and designed and specified after the process supplier has been chosen.
These qualification documents are for prequalification for participation in a tender competition for the following contract:
— Turnkey contract of process/machine/electro/automation for a biogas plant for the treatment of sewage sludge.
