Interested tenderers are themselves responsible for downloading the necessary documentation for sending in the prequalification basis. These documents are attached to this notice. The prequalification will be carried out on the basis of the received documentation from tenderers in accordance with this notice and annexes. The final deadline for receipt is 26.4.2011, and requests received after this date will be rejected. Avinor will select up to 10 companies from the group of prequalified companies who will be invited to give a tender. The selection of tenderers is described in the attached "prequalification regulations". (NT ref: 227412).

(3) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy
(4) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(5) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts)
(6) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts)
