Kollektivtransportproduksjon AS now uses an internet based system called Sourcing. This means that the process of sending and opening requests for prequalification and tenders occurs electronically. The process ensures confidentiality and it keeps service providers and the received documents secret before the deadline for receipt of tenders and otherwise during the process as regulated in the rules for public procurements. A further description of the process will be in the procurement portal, see anbud.ktpas.no. Service providers are asked to state the company’s contact person for the process. This shall be provided when the prequalification documents are sent in. All correspondence between Kollektivtransportproduksjon AS and the tenderer will go through the above mentioned contact person. Kontraktutførelse
Andre særlige vilkår:
The service provider must be able to take on customs clearance and other necessary documentation for KTP AS connected to the transport contract. All dispatches must be traceable. KTP AS has a need for a broad vehicle spectrum. The dispatches will vary from small dispatches to major dispatches such as bogies and whole carriages. Air transport can also be used for urgent dispatches.
