1 Description of available material, what kind of vehicles or vessels will be used
2 References for the transport of residue waste or wet organic waste in the last three years. These shall be documented with the customer’s name, type of waste, volume and length of the assignment.

3c Description of operational conditions such as time/temperature in sanitation, turns, any structure material, mixing ration and the time used in the various processes.
3d Statement of amounts of biowaste received and treated in 2010 and the planned total capacity for 2012.
3e Overview of major operational interruptions in 2009 and 2010, such as registered odour complaints, stop in production, deviations in hygienic parameters, operation outside critical operational terms for sanitation.

Alternative documentation which shows that it is likely that certification will be granted can be provided for the above conditions, or that the notification obligation to public authorities will be fulfilled by 1.4.2012.
Foreign sites shall provide equivalent documentation. An account shall be given if the national rules deviate from the Norwegian rules.
7 A binding statement from sub suppliers which states what kind of service the sub supplier shall contribute with.

3 Applicants shall have available capacity to treat waste in the stated amounts and the treatment plants shall have a well functioning process.

A biogas plant shall produce gas and use this for energy production.
4 The treatment plants shall produce compost and bio remains of a quality which makes it re-saleable and there shall be depositing for bio remains or compost.
5 Applicants and sub suppliers shall have systems for quality assurance.
6) Certifications and permits for the treatment plant shall be valid and time-restricted certificates and permits shall not run out during the contract period. The notification obligation to public authorities shall be fulfilled.
7 Sub suppliers shall bind themselves to providing the services as described in the document.
