Background.
On behalf of Sør Varanger Municipality (Award authority) we issue an invitation to an open tender competition for collection of trade waste. Finnut Consult AS is supportiing the implementation of the tender competition. Award authority wishes tenders for collection of trade waste for the period January 2012 to January 2015, award authority has the option to extend the agreement for a further 1 + 1 years.
We stress that the tender shall be in accordance with the instructions described in this document.
Uncompleted tender documents or replies that contain conditions, errors or inconsistancies that can cause doubt of how to judge the tender will be rejected. Deviations from the tender documents should be explained clearly and precisely.
Submission.
All tenders shall be delivered electronically via the Mercell website, www.mercell.no within the tender deadline. Tenders which arrive too late will be disallowed. (The system does not permit electronic submission of tenders via Mercell after the tender deadline has expired.).
If you are not a subscriber to Mercell, or if you have questions in connection with the functionality of the website, for example how you should submit a tender, contact MercellSupport by telephone: +47 21018860 or by e-mail to: support@mercell.com.
It is recommended that tenders are submitted in good time before the deadline, for example, minimum 1 hour before the deadline expires.
Should there be additional information from the award authority that causes supplier to want to change their tender before the tender deadline, they can go in and open their document, make the changes and re-submit the tender before deadline. The most recent tender delivered is considered as the final tender.
The tender requires electronic signature upon delivery.
Suppliers will be asked to use electronic signature when submitting the tender, to verify their authenticity. Suppliers can obtain electronic signature at www.commfides.com, www.buypass.no or www.bankid.no.
Please note that it may take several days to obtain an electronic signature so suppliers are asked to start this process as soon as possible.
