Top system for the operational centre for public transport infrastructure

The top system shall monitor and control signals from the infrastructure owned by Kollektivtransportproduksjon AS in Oslo and Akershus. Examples of such signals are tunnel lights, fans, ventilation installations, escalators, etc.
The tender documents will include requirements for the following:
— all documentation for the operator of the operational centre shall be in Norwegian,
— the working language during the whole contract period shall be Norwegian,
— the supplier shall have an established service organisation that maintains good trade standards. Kollektivproduksjontransport AS sees a service organisation of 7 persons as a minimum for being able to fulfil this requirement,
— the support personnel shall be able to meet in Økernveien 7 within 120 minutes of being called out.

Kollektivtransportproduksjon AS (KTP) draws attention to the fact that the competition is being held via KTP’s procurement portal, see http://anbud.ktpas.no. This means that registration for the competition is done electronically. Registration is done by uploading all the requested documentation by the stated registration deadline via the procurement portal. Suppliers shall also fill in 1 Self-declaration form that is attached for the HSE and QA systems. When the deadline for registration has expired, the tender documents will be sent out electronically via the procurement portal to the prequalified suppliers.
