Tool for work planning within the home care services in Bergen Municipality

Bergen kommune

An electronic tool shall be established for work planning within the home care services in Bergen Municipality. Work planning means the division of employees in regards to capacity and competence of users, and also in regards to a certain time. The reason for this procurement is that at present some of this procedure is carried out manually, and award authority therefore requires a more functional and effective work planning tool.

In addition, within the service for practical support for household; approx. 8 600 visits per month, approx. 4 000 users, approx. 160 employees.
