Trysil kommuneskoger

The tender contest involves forestry divided in the following contract objects:
— final felling/thoroughly logging,
— thinning,
— ground preparation.
The Awarding Authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with several service providers in accordance with division listed above, i.e. one service provider for each contract object. However, the Awarding Authority may enter into agreements with fewer than 3 service providers if this turns out to be the financial most advantageous system. Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The contract period is 2 years with option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1+1 year. Total optimal contract period is 4 years.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.

(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit appraisal from an approved credit rating agency such as Dun & Bradstreet, Kredinor or equivalent. The appraisal shall be dated subsequent to the date of publication of the tender notice. If this is not enclosed the tender, it shall be verified that Abakus as has been given authorisation to obtain Dun & Bradstreet’s expanded appraisal and the information in the appraisal shall be basis for the evaluation of the tenderer’s economic and financial situation.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

In order to participate in the tender contest credit rating equivalent to, or better than “A” or “AN” in Dun & Bradstreet’s rating system or equivalent is required.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Companies participating in the tender contest shall present documentation from minimum 3 equivalent assignments executed the previous 3 years. The documentation shall contain name of the Awarding Authority, extent in volume, content and date of execution.
