Bodø’s new cultural centre is a project located in the centre of Bodø. The project shall be constructed in districts 100 and 105 and shall contain parking facility, library and cultural centre.
The library shall be built on district 105 and the cultural centre shall be built on district 100. Public outdoor areas surrounding the districts are also included.
The works shall be executed as a contracting model in accordance with NS (Norwegian Standard) 8405 with sub-contracts administered by the Awarding Authority. Bodø municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites to an open tender contest for construction works for buildings.
The contract includes traditional construction works, excluding steel, concrete and façade works which are published in a different tender contest.
