The arts block Bodø is a project in the centre of Bodø. The buildings shall be constructed on block 100 and 105 and shall include a car park, library, arts centre and outdoor installations. Bodø municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites companies to an open tender competition for Field construction manager buildings in connection with construction of the arts block in Bodø (constructional engineering construction manager). Separate construction manager for technical disciplines will be appointed at a later date. The service included in this notice will be in force until the weather proof building is completed, i.e. the construction management includes foundation works, loadbearing systems, facades, etc. The relevant field construction managers shall be included in the project’s construction management team which is administered by the Main construction manager.
