Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF

Undervisningsbygg shall enter into a framework agreement for biogas. The framework agreement is for the delivery to management objects (schools, nurseries etc.) where Undervisningsbygg would like to use biogas as fuel. The framework agreement is limited to the awarding authority’s properties. Currently this is only Ris school.
A framework agreement will be signed for biogas with a planned start during autumn/winter 2011. Based on experience and plans, we estimate the annual need for biogas to be approx. 80 000 Nm3/annum.

— Credit rating, not older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The whole credit rating report shall be enclosed and it shall include key figures for the last 3 accounting years. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution,

— If a supplier has a valid reason as to why he cannot prove his financial position in accordance with the above mentioned documentation, the awarding authority will consider other appropriate documentation.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— A list of the most important deliveries and performed services in the last 3 years, including information on value, date, as well as the name of the public or private recipient. Services to public awarding authorities shall be documented with certificates issued or confirmed by the relevant authority. Services to private recipients shall be documented by certificates issued or confirmed by them. A statement from the supplier can be accepted if these do not exist,

— Information on education and professional qualification at the supplier and the company’s administrative management/for the persons who are responsible for carrying out the service (competence matrix),

— Certificate of the company’s quality assurance system/control system, issued by independent organs that confirm that the supplier fulfils certain quality assurance standards, e.g. ISO 9001:2002,

— The awarding authority also accepts other documentation that shows that the supplier has equivalent quality assurance measures,

— An account of the supplier’s average work strength and the number of employees in the administrative management during the last 3 years,

— An account of the instruments, machines, tools, materials or technical equipment that the supplier can use for fulfilment of the contract.

— Procedures for carrying out the assignment in an environmentally responsible way,
