Tender for distribution of medicines prescribed on H- prescription

The procurement includes distribution of medicines included in the H-prescription system through private pharmacies.
The financing liability for TNF inhibitors was transferred to Regional Health Institutions (RHF) from the National Insurance; 1.6.2006, compare the parliamentary bill no. 1 (2005-2006). From 1.1.2008 the financing of (selected) self-governing sclerosis multiplex medicaments were also transferred to the regional health institution. This means that the Regional Health Institutions are now responsible for the financing of medicine used in home treatment of these patients group. The part of the system which are included in the home treatment is been referred to as the “H-prescription system”. The object of the procurement is to ensure the most advantageous financing of this type of medicines.
