This contract work is a target price contract and includes construction of a new National road 2 (rv.2) between profile 9230 and 11 400 on the section National road 2 Slomarka-Kongsvinger in Sør-Odal and Kongsvinger municipality in Hedmark county. The contract will be entered into in accordance with the quantities given in the tender documents. Subsequent to contract signing and control of quantities, with exception of further specified processes, the quantities will be locked and be the basis for the target price.
The assignment mainly includes the following elements:
— New 4-lane road from the contract border at profile 9230 to contract border at profile 11 400,
— Level crossing at National road 2 at Fulu (profile 10 000),
— Gulli Bridge in the line of the new national road 2. The length of the bridge is 741 m divided in 19 spans (2 x 33, 05 m + 17 x 39, 7 m), guideway width 16, 5 m,
— Fulu bridge over new National road 2 in the Fulu crossing. 10 000),
— Gulli bridge in the line of new national road 2. The length of the bridge is 52 m divided in 3 spans (14+35+14 m), guideway width 10, 5 m,
— Rerouting of local roads,
— Complete system for drainage and surface water management,
— Conduits, manholes, foundations and earthing system for new road lighting system along new National road 2, ramps and crossings.
Gulli bridge has 2 alternatives. Alternative 1 includes using of formwork wagon. Alternative 2 includes use of forward pushing. The Awarding Authority considers the alternatives as equal and will chose the alternative which in total gives the lowest price.
The tenderer may chose to submit tender for one or both alternative(s). Delivery and installation of distribution cabinets, transformer stations, pylons, fittings and cables for the road lighting system as well as electrical and electronics works for the bridge structures are not included in the assignment.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall present documentation showing technical and constructional experience and provide a list of the 3-5 latest and most relevant, equivalent assignments executed or subject to execution for the previous 5 years. The list shall contain information of values, dates and recipients. The tenderer shall substantiate the awarding authorities experience with the tenderer by presenting a list of 3-5 assignments, possibly of a different nature, the tenderer has executed or are in progress of being executed, including i.a. values, dates, reference persons and full-time equivalent. The tenderer shall substantiate competence and experience of the key personnel proposed for the assignment. Moreover, the tenderer shall give a statement on how the tenderer will organise the implementation of the contract. See also the tender documents.

The tenderer shall have experience from works of corresponding nature and complexity. The awarding authority’s experience with the tenderer will be assessed. Technical and professional competence and relevant experience of the key personnel proposed for the assignment will be required. The tenderer’s organisation structure must be adequate.
