This contract is a goal price contract and comprises construction of new Rv2 between profile 11400 and 16050 on parcel rv2 Slomarka-Kongsvinger in Kongsvinger Municipality in Hedmark County. Contract will be entered into with tender document’s scope. After contract signing and scope control the scope will be locked, with the exception of further specified processes, and be the basis for a goal price. See also conditions for goal price. Roundabout on new rv2 by Stømner and local roads from new roundabout to existing road network and to new municipal road.
Relocation of rv.175 by Åsum and relaying/upgrading of site roads.
Establishment of common depot at Glomma including access for Rv175.
Åsum bridge in line with new rv2. Bridge length 32m divided into 3 spans (9,5+13+9,5m), approach breadth 16,5m. Bridge shall be built as a slab-bridge in reinforced concrete with four circular columns in each axis. The bridge is founded directly onto rock.
Stømner bridge over new rv.2. Bridge length 49,5m divided into 3 spans (13+23,5+13m), approach breadth 4,0m. Bridge shall be built as a reinforced beam bridge with one circular columns in each axis. The bridge is founded directly onto rock.
Complete system for drainage and handling spill water together with culvert for crossing new municipal pipes.
Pulling pipes, manholes, foundations and earthing system for new road lighting plant along new rv.2.
Railings and traffic signs including portals and columns.
All planting work.
Game protection fences.
Local noise reduction wall.
Supply and assembly of distribution plant, transformers, masts, armatures and cables for road lighting not included in the contract.
Toll collection equipment at Åsum toll station is not included in the contract.
Various signs and operating system for these signs at Stømner control station are not included in the contract.
Cables and cabinets for counting point at Åsum are not included in the contract.
