Tender contest for ventilation and heating plant for Kringletoppen Nursery School

Ventilation plant:
The ventilation plant is calculated for approximately 40 people, and calculated according to the Labour Inspection Guide No. 444 (Climate and air quality in the workplace).
We would suggest that air intake with ceiling ducts is used. Another option is nozzle jets placed in the ceiling, against the wall. This is to avoid too many ducts open in the roof.
This solution should be discussed with the user before ordering.
Furthermore, we propose that the ventilation unit is placed in the attic in loft / warehouse with air intakes above the roof. The room must be rebuilt to raise the roof due to low ceilings.
Air flow is estimated to approx. 4 000 m3 / h.
It is assumed that visible ducts primarily in attics, but also in rooms that are affected.
District heating:
The building currently has electric underfloor heating (electric cables), supplemented with some heaters. It is desirable to convert to water based heating systems. In that case heat pipes will be connected to district heating systems. This can be done by connecting to the mains for district heating or into a district heating central.
The simplest way would be to place the heat exchanger / pump, potentially shunt (control) in district heating, so that the heating cables can be routed directly into the nursery school.
Heating:
The building currently has electric underfloor heating (electric cables), supplemented with some panel heaters. It is desirable to convert to water based heating systems. In that case the heat plant will be connected to a district heating central.
