Lillesand municipality has established the company Kokkenes Utvikling AS, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, where the objective is to ensure the implementation of a zoning plan for Kokkenes.
The assignment includes engineering design and deliver of a small craft harbour/wharf at Kokkenes in Lillesand municipality. The first stage includes engineering design and delivery of 40-60 mooring spaces at suitable floating stages within 1.4.2012, with option for delivery of further 50-100 mooring spaces during the first and second stage within 2014.

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower;
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts);
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 5 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts);
(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy;
(5) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
It is required that the tenderer can offer a complete small craft facility (description of all products included in the delivery, presentation of sub-suppliers, if any).
